Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer with Tundra online shop, at www.tundra.is. Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before placing any orders on www.tundra.is. By placing an order, you enter into an agreement with us and accept these Terms and Conditions. We may modify the Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.
We recommend that you download our Terms and Conditions to keep a copy for your reference.

Right of Return

You have the right to cancel your purchases without giving any reason within a period of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods. The goods have to be undamaged and unused, with product labels and packaging intact. Returns that are damaged or spoiled, washed, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. All items returned should include the completed returns note with an order reference number and your contact details (receipt). Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund. The right of return does not apply to goods purchased On-Sale, unless the goods turn out to be faulted. If a product, purchased On-Sale, turns out to be faulted Tundra's policy on faulted products apply (see below).

Faulty Goods

Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within two week from the day of delivery of the goods. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. For faulty items Tundra online shop will make a full refund to you, including for return shipping, as soon as possible. Buyers wanting to return faulty goods have to turn in a copy of their receipt along with the faulty goods. If the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund including for shipping and return. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions and all disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions or with the use of the Tundra online shop or with any purchase on Tundra online shop shall be governed by Icelandic law (Héraðsdómur Norðurlands vestra). Tundra online shop may modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. You are therefore asked to accept only the Terms and Conditions applicable at the time of purchase with each of your orders.

Ownership of Rights

All rights, including copyrights at Tundra online shop remain with Tundra and its subsidiaries. Any use of Tundra online shop, or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission.

Pricing Policy and Charges

All prices displayed in Tundra online shop are presented in Icelandic kronas (ISK). All prices displayed in Tundra online shop include country specific Value Added Tax (VAT) and exclude shipping fees. Tundra online shop is not liable for any cost in relations to import taxes or customs duties at the destination country.
The shipping fees will be added to the order in the checkout step Please find more information about our delivery charges for each delivery in the delivery section.

How to Shop Online

a. Submitting your order
Before proceeding to payment, you can review your order (including your total price inclusive of VAT and shipping charges) and make changes if needed. You are bound by your order from the moment you accept the online offer of Tundra online shop and the conditions thereby stipulated have been fulfilled (once the order has been submitted and payment confirmed on the website). Please note that the order will not be valid if Tundra online shop cannot confirm the billing and shipping addresses that you provide. We also reserve the right to only accept orders from those aged over 18 years old.
We only sell items that we have in stock. Items may sell out during the shopping session, and stock availability will be updated once you reach the checkout. Please note that all prices and product information on Tundra online shop are subject to change.
b. Payment
Tundra online shop is available only to customers who have been issued a valid credit card by a card provider that is acceptable to Tundra online shop. You will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided. The total order sum will be checked and reserved against the your credit card until the time of delivering the order from our warehouse. Tundra online shop reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item, or of orders, being shipped to any one customer or postal address.
c. Order confirmation
You will receive an immediate online confirmation on your screen at the end of the checkout, as well as an email confirmation of your order from Tundra online shop.
d. Changes to your placed order
Once your order has been placed and you have received an order confirmation email, you may not make any changes to your order. If you wish to make changes to your placed order, or if there is any mistake made in registering customer contact or address details when placing the order, it is your responsibility to contact Tundra on line shop customer services immediately.


We accept payment by VISA, Mastercard and American Express. When paying by credit card, Tundra online shop reserves the right to check the validity of the card, that there is enough balance to cover the purchase sum, and the address details of the purchaser are correct. Tundra online shop reserves the right to deny the purchase. The full payment is charged when the package is dispatched. Credit card payment is made with our partner BORGUN HF. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure.
a. Currencies and rates
All prices displayed in Tundra online shop are presented in Icelandic kronas (ISK). Tundra online shop cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the currencies we offer.

Delivery, Shipping and Shipping Fees

a. Country, options and fees
The shipping country is chosen at checkout.
The shipping option is also chosen at checkout. Shipping fees are specified in Icelandic kronas (ISK) and will be displayed in checkout before the final payment step.
Orders are delivered via the Icelandic postal services (Pósturinn, see www.postur.is/EN/). Each shipping option has a fixed fee, or as follows:
  1. Domestic shipping (shipping within Iceland) for orders of 25000 ISK, or more, is free.
  2. Domestic shipping fee (shipping within Iceland) for orders of less than 25000 is 1500 ISK (to your nearest post office).
  3. Domestic shipping fee (shipping within Iceland) for orders of less than 25000 is 2000 ISK (to your door).
  4. Domestic shipping fee (shipping within Iceland) for orders of less than 25000 is 1500 ISK (to postbox, not applicable for every address).
  5. Shipping to United States and Canada for orders of 50000 ISK, or more, is free.
  6. Shipping to United States and Canada for orders of less than 50000 ISK is 4500 ISK.
  7. Shipping to European countires for orders of 50000 ISK, or more, is free.
  8. Shipping to European countries for orders of less than 50000 ISK is 3500 ISK.
Tundra online shop does not ship to other countries than listed above at this time.
b. Delivery and delivery time
Tundra online shop will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order that they have been received. We aim to dispatch every order within two business days from the date of the order, with the exception of sale and peak periods where this may take longer.
Estimated delivery time within Iceland is 4-10 business days from the date of order, but 9-16 business days for international orders.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. Tundra online shop is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. If a delivery suffers a delay or if the delivery cannot be dispatched or only partially due to the goods not being in stock or other reasons, the consumer will be informed about this as quickly as possible or at the latest 30 days after the order was placed. In this case, the consumer will be given the option and has a right to terminate the agreement, free of charge. Tundra online shop will refund the consumer with the sum paid as quickly as possible, though at the latest within 30 days after termination.
c. Uncollected packages
Tundra online shop will not pay shipping for uncollected packages.

Privacy Policy and Terms of Use

The personal information you forward to Tundra online shop will only be used in order to fulfill the undertakings Tundra online shop have and to assure you the best service. Tundra online shop will not let a third party see or use your personal details without your prior consent. You have the right to see your personal details upon request. Tundra online shop assumes responsibility for all personal information that you make available to us and does not pass on any information to a third party under any circumstances. If the information is incomplete or incorrect, you have the right to have the information corrected or deleted. Any request of that matter can be sent by e-mail to info@tundra.is.
